WQsoftwares, in partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), is proud to showcase a landmark project that has revolutionized educational support for refugee village schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This tech-driven initiative has made a profound impact on the educational landscape by integrating advanced digital tools and training programs across 13 districts.
Project Overview:
Our collaborative effort focused on enhancing the capacity of 1,200 Afghan refugee teachers, both male and female, by providing comprehensive training in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The project aimed to empower these educators with the skills needed to improve curriculum development, implement effective teaching methods, and foster a more engaging learning environment for their students.
Key Achievements:
Capacity Building: We equipped teachers with cutting-edge digital productivity tools and ICT training, significantly improving their teaching methodologies and curriculum development processes.
Gender Inclusiveness: The project ensured gender inclusiveness by providing training and support equally to both male and female teachers, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to gender equality and quality education.
Advanced Monitoring & Evaluation: Utilizing a state-of-the-art Business Intelligence (BI)-enabled Management Information System, we enhanced data analysis and project monitoring. A digital dashboard was implemented to track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the project's objectives were met efficiently.
