HIGHER EDUCATION REGULATORY AUTHORITY (HERA)

PROJECT TITLE: INSPECTION & REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM for HIGHER EDUCATION REGULATORY AUTHORITY (HERA), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

WQsoftwares successfully designed and implemented the HERA-MIS online application and Institutes Inspection Mobile App for the Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This system facilitates efficient data collection and analysis for academic organizations, empowering HERA to make informed decisions and develop effective policies. The project has significantly enhanced HERA's oversight and regulatory capabilities across the province's higher education institutions. The application aims to increase transparency in the registration process and speed up the process of registration, renewal or reapplication for the Organization and institution.

The project Modules includes:

1. Admin Portal for HERA:

Centralized BI enabled dashboard for HERA administrators to manage institutions, inspections, and compliance reports.

2. College/Organization Portal:

A platform for institutions to register, submit documents, and request inspections directly with HERA.

3. System Integration with ERP or MIS of the Department:

Ensures seamless data flow and real-time updates between HERA’s system and the department’s existing platforms.

4. Mobile App:

Enables inspectors to conduct and report inspections on the go with real-time GPS tracking and instant report submission.

5. APIs Development:

Facilitates secure data exchange and integration with third-party applications for enhanced system interoperability.

This comprehensive solution has bolstered HERA's operational efficiency and governance in the higher education sector.
